Based on Ayurvedic healing, Indian Head Massage is an ancient healing system designed to relieve stress and tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders, while also encouraging lymphatic drainage.
The treatment can be done fully or partly clothed with the client sitting upright on a chair, or if you prefer, lying down wrapped in blankets.
