Description

Mama and Baby Yoga is a great way to enjoy some time with your baby in a relaxed environment. Reconnect with your body, stretch areas that have become tight during pregnancy or breast feeding and learn how to soothe both yourself and your baby using relaxing rhythm and breathing techniques. Mama and baby yoga classes are also a great way to connect with other mums who are going through the same experiences as you.

We will also explore how to close down the body safely post-delivery and support ourselves emotionally, physically and spiritually during the important postnatal period.

It didn’t matter what your fitness level was, Natalie would help you at all stages and give you different options if you were struggling with certain positions. Also the relaxation part at the end is THE most comfortable I felt probably during my whole pregnancy, pure bliss! Highly recommend this class and Natalie as a great instructor.
