Pre and Postnatal fitness sessions are a wonderful way to help you to prepare your body as you get ready to meet your baby or rehabilitate from childbirth. The bespoke sessions ensure that exercises are safe, effective and carefully tailored to suit your needs through each trimester of your pregnancy as well as post-pregnancy way.
Pregnancy and postnatal recovery is different for every woman so your sessions will be specifically designed for you, ensuring you can enjoy your pregnancy, remain fit and healthy throughout and recover faster after birth.
Studies show that pregnant women who exercise their core muscles regularly often experience shorter labour, less lower back and pelvic pain and a faster rehabilitation period post-childbirth.
