I first met Natalie at a mother and baby exercise class after having my eldest son. My first impression of Natalie was how welcoming and down to earth she was. She made time to talk to everyone in the room and really showed an interest in you being there. I enjoyed the classes so much. Natalie felt like my own personal cheerleader, encouraging me to push myself and recognising my progress. It really helped me to feel good about my body postnatally and achieve my goals.
I started pregnancy yoga with Natalie at 12 weeks and looked forward to it every week! It was time dedi-cated to me and bump to relax, unwind and prepare my body for birth. It was a safe place where we could chat about anything and get to know other pregnant women. Natalie made sure to get to know each of us and our niggles so she could show us comfortable and safe positions. I always left feeling re-laxed and supported.
I attended Natalie's Strala yoga at a local gym. when I was a member there and loved it immediately. I had been to a lot of other yoga classes but I found Natalie's feels so calm and chilled and you leave floating on air.
Natalie has introduced me to Strala yoga. The dynamic style along with Natalie’s eclectic music choices are a fabulous combination.
Natalie took time to understand my background, including my past and current medical conditions, which played a vital role in why I started taking private yoga classes with Natalie, and she approached with a real sensitivity and understanding. I was comfortable straight away which allowed me to be completely open.
Yoga with Natalie was a revelation! She changed my perception from someone who didn’t enjoy it and thought it was just sitting around breathing, to someone who enjoyed it and wow what a workout! She knows how to push you when you need it and never made me feel embarrassed or silly if I couldn’t do a move. She’s patient, positive and encouraging and has helped me beyond measure on my fitness journey. You couldn’t ask for a better guide, her passion and knowledge is second to none. She will always be my number 1 fitness fairy!
It didn’t matter what your fitness level was, Natalie would help you at all stages and give you different options if you were struggling with certain positions. Also the relaxation part at the end is THE most comfortable I felt probably during my whole pregnancy, pure bliss! Highly recommend this class and Natalie as a great instructor.
